Council members discussed wastewater-plant issues and the prospect of large renovation costs. A staff member noted other communities are planning multi-million dollar updates and said, "I think they are looking 5 or $6,000,000 up updates, which is almost building a new plant." Members compared typical household bills and the town’s billing structure (a typical minimum user at 2,000 gallons).
