Conway teachers press board over PD hours, comp time and classroom resources

Emily Bailey, a Conway High School teacher, described years of increasing professional-development expectations and presented a packet — FAQ, PowerPoint, and a mock policy — asking PPC and district leadership to review policy 3.6 and consider changes. "I've created an FAQ, PowerPoint, mock policy, and contract plan that PPC and district admin now have," Bailey said, asking the board to look into the matter.
