Board told software implementation costs will push some expenses into 2027

The Director told the board the organization is transitioning to a new association management system for membership data, calling those implementation costs largely one-time. "This fiscal year, we are in the process of, transitioning to a new software system for our membership database... the cost for implementation are, essentially 1 time," the Director said.
