The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved a contract on Sept. 15 to replace the county's aging panic‑button system with Centegix. Information Services Director Cliff Gibson presented the proposal during a public hearing that began at 10:17 a.m.; the board closed the hearing at 11:21 a.m. and authorized the Chair to sign the contract.
