Neodesha adopts 2026 Uniform Public Offense Code with local amendments
The Board adopted Ordinance No. 1835 to incorporate the 2026 Uniform Public Offense Code, amending Section 10.13 to prohibit barbed wire and above-ground electric fences in residential and local business zones and omitting Section 10.29 concerning violation of a public health order.
