Selectboard to send letters after multiple nuisance complaints, including 4029 Greenwoods Rd

Multiple residents raised ongoing nuisance and health concerns about properties around town. Selectboard members reviewed complaints about 4029 Greenwoods Rd, where neighbors reported lack of water and sewer, three campers on site (one of which has been dismantled), accumulating tires and scattered demolition debris. The board reviewed a draft letter and agreed to send letters to the last recorded owner, the current occupant and to Joseph LaChappelle requesting inspection and attendance at a Selectboard meeting to address ordinance violations.
