The Council approved an amended out-of-cycle award of $200,000 for the Caine Lyric Theatre seating reconfiguration and replacement. Grant Administrator Alma Burgess described a time-sensitive private donor match and a winter construction window; the RAPZ advisory board recommended $200,000 of the $300,000 request and identified matching contributions (Cache Valley Bank $50,000; Visitors Bureau $30,000), which staff said would allow the project to proceed.
