Jul 29, 2026

Trustees approved Resolution 90-26 to add approximately $3.7 million in one-time and grant-funded appropriations covering facility repairs, ScribePoint utility-billing implementation, vehicle replacement contributions and electric reliability work, with staff confirming reserve targets remain met.

Finance Director Tammy Zimmerman told trustees the supplemental package increases total expenditures by about $3.7 million and is covered largely by one-time grants, higher-than-expected sales-tax revenues and available fund balance. She said the general fund reserve would remain compliant (projected at roughly 29.1% of expenditures, or 36.4% when combined with community reinvestment funds) after the amendments.
