Commission discusses adding second Village Center to include community center

Cathlin Lord, NVDA representative, said Holland currently "enters as a Step 2 (legacy village center)" under the state's Community Investment designation and referred commissioners to a May 2025 handout on the new State Designation for Community Investment.
