The Josephine County Board of Commissioners approved Board Order No. 2026-041 on Sept. 16, 2026, annexing a 5.05-acre parcel owned by the Teresa Louise Riegner Living Trust (Assessor Map/Tax Lot 40-08-02-00-002600-00) into the Josephine Community Library District. Commissioner Gary Richardson moved for approval; Commissioner Colene Martin seconded, and the motion passed on a roll-call vote of 3–0.
