The Goshen select board met for a budget workshop on Oct. 14 to review town and road revenue and expense lines. Chair opened the session at 6:12 a.m., saying, “This is a workshop meeting. No action will be taken. We are just working through the town budget,” and led a line-by-line review of income and expenditure categories.
