The Goshen Selectboard spent the meeting on a detailed review of the town and road budgets and approved a transfer to buy an excavator. Chair (speaker 1) moved to transfer "$60,003.90" from the road money market to the town account to fund the purchase; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor and the motion carried.
