Resident requests Maiden Rock reconvene ordinance study group after Rock Elm changes

Mary Anne Wise told the board that Rock Elm Township recently approved an ordinance that used Maiden Rock’s ordinance as a guide and that attorney Bob Loberg suggested some fines in Rock Elm’s ordinance were too low and should be amended. Wise asked that Maiden Rock's ordinance study group reconvene to consider adjusting fines and enforcement provisions; the board approved the request and Wise said she would contact members to set up a meeting.
