Developer: 124 South Main (Masonic Hall) purchase, grant and timeline update

Tyler Holloman, representing Frontier Development Group, gave a project update on the 124 South Main redevelopment (the historic Masonic Hall). Holloman said the developer has closed on the property, signed grant paperwork for a $100,000 Heritage Trust Fund award administered by the State Historic Preservation Office, and obtained a building permit after city staff review. He told commissioners the team plans hazardous-material abatement and interior cleanup this year and expects visible exterior construction and fencing in 2027.
