The Bolton Planning Commission finalized four long-form survey questions Jan. 20 and set a distribution schedule targeting the third week of February, with responses accepted through Town Meeting. Chair Stephen Barner said the form will require a respondent’s name and address "to ensure they are Bolton residents," and members agreed to use a Google Form and explore social media (Facebook and Front Porch Forum) and a QR code to improve accessibility.
