Planning & Zoning Administrator J. Daniel Dahlstrom told the commission he has two primary tasks: "(i) updating the master permit database and (ii) drafting an agreement between the Town and a property owner regarding a license." Dahlstrom added he is working on a FEMA buyout located on Duxbury Road and has processed several zoning permits, zoning certifications, and a certificate of occupancy.
