Stephen Barner, chair of the Bolton Planning Commission, said the town’s CCRPC Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) application "is submitted; the Selectboard approved the application." The commission had no substantive action beyond acknowledging the filing and agreed to wait for CCRPC follow-up.
