The Maiden Rock Town Board voted April 21 to approve a conditional use permit for Varmland Draw, a planned farm‑stay and mixed agricultural enterprise at W1495 130th Ave. Property owner Bruce Chamberlain presented a site design showing buildings, livestock areas and floral plantings, and answered questions from board members before the formal motion to approve.
