Chair Nancy J. Grupp outlined the components of a new Employee Appreciation Policy intended to recognize and reward county employees for service and commitment. The board considered the policy during the meeting and approved it on a motion by Commissioner Robert W. Rossman, seconded by Commissioner Grupp.
