Council reviewed ongoing enforcement actions: a Notice and Order to Correct Violation for Higginbotham at 604 Madison remains active with the prosecutor reporting outstanding issues; the Adcox matter at 608 Washington is ongoing; Notice of Infraction responses for Deloris Hougardy (608 Garfield) and Dan Rush (402 Washington) were mailed June 16, 2026. The council did not take new enforcement votes at this meeting and left the matters in ongoing status.
