Council updates on property code enforcement; some cases resolved, others need more information
Council removed two Notice and Order to Correct items (Higginbotham and Adcox) after fines were imposed, and recorded that cases involving Deloris Hougardy and Dan Rush cannot proceed until the prosecutor receives additional personal information or documentation.

Under unfinished business the council reviewed several Notice and Order to Correct violations. The attorney reported that Higginbotham at 604 Madison and Adcox at 608 Washington have been fined and, per the attorney’s recommendation, will be taken off the agenda. The minutes record these items as resolved administratively.
