Town prosecutor needs additional information before pursuing two code-enforcement cases

The council reviewed two Notices and Orders to Correct: one addressed to Deloris Hougardy at 608 Garfield and another to Dan Rush at 402 Washington. Town staff reported the Town Prosecutor cannot proceed on Hougardy's case without either her Social Security number or driver's license number, and that he needs more information before moving forward on the Rush case.
