The South Cle Elum Town Council authorized Mayor DeVere to sign HLA Change Order No. 1 tied to the town-wide water main replacement project. Superintendent Matt said the change order reflected "a combination of a few different small things that were necessary," and council member Allenbaugh moved to give the mayor authority to sign; McGuire seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.
