Commissioners approve financing resolution enabling multi‑county nursing home acquisitions

The court approved a resolution allowing a nonprofit financing corporation to issue up to about $370.7 million in bonds to support acquisition of multiple nursing homes across East Texas, including facilities in Harrison County; county action carries no direct cost, officials said.
