The Pratt County Commission approved a road crossing permit for SC Telcom at SW 10th Ave (location cited as 70274 SW 10th Ave) during the Sept. 14 meeting. Commissioner Rick Shriver moved the permit and Commissioner Thomas W. Jones III seconded; the motion passed unanimously 3-0.
