Supervisors grant 90-day extensions for two final land-development plans
The board unanimously approved 90-day time extensions (until Nov. 1, 2026) for King's Painting (100 S. Harvest Rd., Plan #Lan-Lea-22-10) and Weavertown Mennonite School (73 Orchard Rd., Plan #LanLea-Weav24).

At the Sept. 1 meeting, the Leacock Township Board approved time extensions for two pending final land-development plans. Mr. Smucker moved to grant a 90-day extension until Nov. 1, 2026 for King's Painting (Plan #Lan-Lea-22-10 at 100 S. Harvest Rd.), and the board approved the motion unanimously. A separate motion by Mr. Smucker to grant a 90-day extension until Nov. 1, 2026 for Weavertown Mennonite School (Plan #LanLea-Weav24 at 73 Orchard Rd.) was also seconded and approved unanimously.
