Board grants modifications and conditional approval for 17 Orchard Rd. stormwater plan
After a presentation from Impact Engineering, the Leacock supervisors granted two engineering modifications and gave conditional approval to the Major Stormwater Plan for 17 Orchard Rd. (Plan #2026-003), subject to a clean letter from Hanover Engineering.

Jason Shaner of Impact Engineering presented waiver and deferral requests for the Major Stormwater Plan at 17 Orchard Rd. for applicant Reuben K. Riehl. The board voted to grant a modification to Section 253-15.A(2)(C) for loading ratios and a modification to Section 253-20.D(2)[4] for minimum stormwater pipe diameter; both motions were seconded and passed unanimously.
