Kodell Construction gave the board a progress report on multiple campus construction projects, including roofing, HVAC installs, and athletic fields. The contractor said the RDC roof is roughly 85% complete and that one ventilator unit was received incorrectly and has been re‑ordered; the unit is in a common area and does not currently block classroom use.
