Board adopts Highland Cemetery rules by resolution and amends municipal code

The Wellington Board of Trustees unanimously approved a resolution adopting updated Highland Cemetery rules and a related municipal-code amendment after the town clerk summarized revisions and an improved appeals process. Clerk Hannah Hill said the packet included a redline version showing the administrative edits staff made after prior community input and that the changes would make rules and regulations more transparent by placing them under one document.
