At the close of the work session the council recorded several formal directions to staff and motions to advance specific items into the CR103 draft for public posting. Key outcomes included: advancing the CLT machine-grading amendment to CR103 drafting, including EV clarifications (vehicle-space sizing, signage and load-management) in CR103, reverting plumbing Table 29.02 to Washington's 2021 amendment with a childcare bathtub exception, moving an eight-item IFC package (including 2027-aligned battery provisions) into CR103, approving minor IRC editorial corrections for inclusion, and updating IMC refrigerant-table values to align with ASHRAE 34-2024.
