The Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners on Sept. 22 unanimously approved an amendment to the Freeman Lakes single‑lot development that adds adjoining acreage to the Likes’ parcel. The continuation hearing was called after county staff confirmed a prior notice issue had been remedied.
