Commissioners revisited special-fund allocations for Lewis Cass’ agricultural program, noting a $16,094 carryover from the prior year, prior approvals (up to $13,549) and that Pioneer Greenhouse had been paid with $2,545 in reimbursements still outstanding. Staff said they had not received the formal application or receipts for some items and recommended holding the equipment request until formal documentation arrived.
