Facilities staff (Mr. Shriver) asked the board to approve a Larson Danielson pay application for work already done on the Civic Auditorium elevator and said the work is funded through CDBG-COVID funds. Shriver said the money is covered by the grant and reminded the board the city has an October 30 deadline to submit grant paperwork; he told members, “These dollars are coming out of the CDBG, COVID funds.”
