Chair Stephen Bonder reviewed the draft motions that the Advisory Committee will present ahead of the Annual Town Meeting on April 28, 2026. The Committee discussed the consent-agenda process and agreed to a compromise: list specific project allocations in the motion for transparency while allowing limited flexibility to reallocate among the listed projects as needed.
