Staff told the council they had increased grant revenue to cover much of the McCaslin Trail work and moved some pedestrian crossing spending into 2027 when project delivery is most likely. Jeff said the McCaslin Trail line shows grant revenue up top and that the pedestrian crossing funding was shifted into 2027 to match anticipated construction timing.
