The council approved a position statement on the Moab Area Transit (MAT) and Arches shuttle to support outreach to federal and state partners and to underpin a regional transit study request. Staff said the city’s federal lobbyists will forward the statement to the congressional delegation; the chair said two versions will go out — one to federal officials and one to county and state partners.
