Bloomington board approves $1.4 million wastewater plan, to submit permit by Sept. 30
The Village Board approved a wastewater treatment facility plan required for WPDES permit renewal, which estimates a $1.4 million project and a potential $250-per-user increase absent grant funding. The plan will be submitted to the Wisconsin DNR by Sept. 30, 2026.
