Madison County supervisors spent part of the special meeting on how Solutions charges the county for fulfilling open-records (FOIA) requests. Under the vendor's current contract language discussed in the meeting, Solutions may charge $175 per hour with a one-hour minimum when the company must pull or reconstruct records.
