Town Administrator Andrew Alward told the Select Board the town's Time and Attendance policy incorrectly stated employees earned "one day of sick time for every 30 days worked" and should instead say employees earn one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Administrative Assistant Kim Fox said she had been hired part time and, based on actual hours worked, should have been accruing sick time; Andrew said he corrected that record.
