The trustees recorded a series of action items at the meeting. Assignments include: Cory and Heather will meet to organize the Storywalk; trustees volunteered food and staffing for the Moth storytelling night (Jocelyn bringing cheese straws and wine, Heather cookies, Jan seltzer, and Katie possibly fruit or vegetables); Heather will produce a promotional flier for Vermont Sampler Stories; Mary and Cory will review insurance rates; Jan will print the annual-appeal mailing list for review at the September meeting; Jim will coordinate Dead River furnace service; Katie will ask Matt Powers for appraiser recommendations for the Thomas Ware paintings; and Cory will verify Town Hall specifications for the Silver Circus.
