Committee notes possible vacancy as citizen member Brenda may join Council; meeting adjourns

A committee member announced that Brenda serves on the Finance Committee as a citizen member and may move to the City Council, which would create a vacancy on the committee: "Just so you know, we're gonna have to replace Brenda on here because she's on here as a citizen member, and she's gonna potentially be on the council, we hope," the member said.
