The Village Board reviewed a petition for a final subdivision plat filed by James R. Sehloff, agent for Crest Estates LLC, for Crest Estates First Addition. The plat depicts 22 residential lots totaling 5.5351 acres, 1.7879 acres dedicated to the public, and Outlot 3 of 19.2267 acres (total 26.5497 acres). The board set conditions for approval, including updating Note #5 to clarify that Phase One lot owners with a particular CBU are responsible for long-term maintenance, and requiring the developer and village to enter a developer's agreement prior to final acceptance.
