Pulaski grants conditional-use permit limiting vehicle display and sales

The Village Board approved a Sec. 51.30 Conditional Use Permit for agent Matthew Claussen covering parcels VP-582, VP-584 and VP-586. The permit contains six conditions, including: no outside storage of parts or non-ready vehicles; display and sale limited to passenger vehicles not larger than a "one-ton" classification; a maximum of 25 vehicles displayed for sale; the display area limited to that shown on Exhibit A with required setbacks and a 24-foot fire and traffic circulation path; requirement to resubmit the permit for tenant or business-type changes; and a review one year after occupancy and upon ownership or tenant changes.
