County staff proposed establishing a dedicated deferred‑maintenance fund (Fund 195) and offered an initial list of candidate projects — Walker Community Center paint, Bridgeport Marina restroom reconstruction, June Lake Community Center HVAC and ADA ramp work, Whitmore Animal Shelter siding, and Crowley Lake upgrades.
