County Counsel presented proposed amendments to Mono County Code chapters dealing with camping and parking at the Sept. 15 meeting. Counsel said the changes clarify prohibitions on camping and on abandoning or overnight-parking vehicles at county facilities and certain county roads, add clear signage and infraction provisions, and include penalties for noncompliance.
