Commission subcommittee advances Pond Brook Management Plan draft
A subcommittee has reviewed the old Pond Brook plan and posted a draft on Google Docs for public comment; Janet Schwarz is compiling parcel-level appendices from town land records to support the plan.

Members of a Pond Brook Management Plan subcommittee (Sue Stasny, Ann Miller and Janet Schwarz) reported they have been meeting to review the existing plan and assemble updated documentation. Janet Schwarz said she reviewed Monkton land records with Sharon Gomez and will add an appendix chart listing contributors of property, acreage, dates obtained, parcel names and town property numbers for the full Pond Brook Conservation Area.
