The commission considered a rezoning request by applicant Jerry Kleidosty (represented by Kyle Haase, E&A Consultants) to change Lot 2 Ridpath Acres Replat 1 from RE Residential Estates to GC General Commercial. Several residents — including Lacey Parker, Norris Hoover and Linda Foxworthy — spoke against the request; one speaker, Kyle Kasperbauer, spoke in favor.
