At the public hearing on ordinance 17‑77, councilmember Cobb (staff presenter and planning liaison) and Miss Pierre reviewed proposed text amendments to the city's conservation element. The changes correct terminology left over from the 2045 comprehensive plan update and replace references to the "Downtown Mixed Use District" with the two new designations, "Downtown Core" and "Downtown Transition."
