The Office of Hawaiian Affairs joint committees voted on Sept. 22 to resolve into an executive session after the chair moved the motion citing "chapter 92-5(a)(2)." The chair proposed the motion shortly after opening the meeting and confirmed there were no public sign-ups to speak on the motion.
