This work session recorded three formal procedural actions and additional nonbinding direction: (1) the commission moved and voted to open the public hearing on the city's Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) application; (2) the commission then moved and voted to close that public hearing; and (3) commissioners expressed consensus to pursue permitting, contract and oversight options for automated license-plate reader (ALPR) cameras (Flock) but did not adopt an ordinance or take a binding vote on that item.
